Prior to being recommended James by a friend we had interacted with at least 5 Mortgage Brokers over a most complicated purchase for a BTL HMO, using a newly formed SPV company. Other complications over purchase prevented at least 2 brokers even attempting to help and enquiries via a 3rd fell flat. We then commenced a lengthy application through a well healed London firm which after nearly 3 months also failed to materialise.
